Digital marketing company in Libya: Tripoli and Benghazi
SADUQ is a company and team working online from Giza, with no office or client in Libya. One tool vendor treats Tripoli and Benghazi as separate markets, and we plan the same way: a campaign, delivery promise and number review per city, with cash-on-delivery orders in Libyan dinar as the base in a cash-reliant market facing a long liquidity crisis.
Tripoli is not Benghazi
- We measure cost per order and delivery rate per city instead of one blended figure
- We ask each courier about the remittance cycle, because late cash limits ad budget
- HudHud Logistics, Tarabulus Shipping and Shipa are named by a tool vendor; we confirm who works on your route
- The same source says slow delivery is accepted, but we prefer a clear timeline to a false fast promise
Facebook and TikTok are close
DataReportal 2026 gives Facebook 6.70M, TikTok 6.19M (18+) and Instagram 2.30M. A tool vendor says Facebook leads commerce, with orders through WhatsApp and Messenger, so conversations are part of the sales path. Snapchat does not show Libya on its targetable list, and Meta and TikTok billing are checked in your account.
Moamalat and Shopify
- Moamalat works with local cards, and the Central Bank is pushing cards for ecommerce
- Shopify said in its community that it does not support Moamalat, so we verify any integration before choosing a platform
- Shopify Payments and Stripe are not available to a business based in Libya, and Managed Markets does not cover it
- If cash on delivery covers most orders, you may not need a gateway at the start
What we write and how
Arabic is required, and a tool vendor says Modern Standard Arabic works for ecommerce. We start with it in the store, and test wording closer to your customer in ads, with your review.
Fees
A fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of sales, set after reviewing margin and ad spend. Our published Gulf pricing starts at about USD 600 a month plus 1–3%, separate from the ad budget itself.
Where these numbers come from
Result figures on this page come from accounts we actually run in the Gulf and Egypt, labelled with their real location. We have no client or case study in Libya yet, so they do not indicate an expected result there.
Market figures come from published sources, and platform audience numbers are ad reach, not active users. Brand names are withheld under NDA unless published with the owner's approval.
