Shopify CRO — conversion rate optimization for stores

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) means the same number of visitors produce more orders — without raising ad spend. SADUQ runs Shopify CRO audits built on seven questions in the visitor's head (did I land in the right place, will it solve my problem, is it worth the price, can I trust you, what if it does not work out, is ordering easy, and are you even measuring this?), then builds and measures the fixes. A Gulf store went from 0.7% to 1.19% conversion after a product-page rebuild.

What a Shopify CRO audit looks at

  • Ad to store: does the page continue the ad's promise, or does the visitor feel they walked into somewhere else?
  • The product page: does it answer "will it solve my problem?" and "is it worth the price?" before the visitor asks?
  • Trust: real reviews, a clear exchange policy, and payment methods the buyer recognises.
  • Offer and AOV: bundles and gifts that raise order value instead of a discount that eats margin.
  • Ordering steps: how many steps between "I want it" and "order placed"? Every extra step loses people.
  • Measurement: is tracking telling the truth? Without it every change is a guess.

After the audit: build and measure

An audit alone is paper. The real work is building the fixes in order — whatever is stopping the money first — and measuring each one by conversion rate, lost orders and order value.

An Egyptian store where we removed the cart entirely for a direct order form reached a 3.14% conversion rate with lost orders down 21.7% — on fewer visits.

FAQ

What is CRO?

Conversion rate optimization: working on the store so a larger share of visitors buy. If a store converts at 1% and moves to 1.5%, the same ad budget brings half again as many orders.

What is the difference between a CRO audit and a new store design?

An audit finds where the current store loses visitors and fixes only that. A new design or rebuild is for when the foundation itself is the problem. Most stores need the first, not the second.

Does CRO matter if the ads are bad?

They are linked. A good ad on a bad page brings visitors who leave; a good page without visitors will not sell. That is why we read the numbers from ad to order together.

Do you run A/B tests?

Yes, when traffic is high enough for the result to be real. With low traffic we work from the clearest problems in the audit and measure before and after.

How much does Shopify CRO cost?

It depends on store size, how many pages need work, and whether it is an audit only or audit and implementation. Send us the store link and we will come back to you.

Have a store that sells and want it to grow?

We look at your numbers together and tell you where money is leaking and where the nearest growth opportunity is — as a report you can act on yourself.
