SADUQ is a growth agency across Egypt and the Arab world — ecommerce, real estate and digital products. We build the store, run the ads and work on CRO — one system that works together.
It started with one question
Most brands that come to us do not have an ads problem. They have a problem somewhere else in the system, and the ads are simply what makes it visible.
A store converting at 0.7% will not be fixed by a bigger budget. A customer who buys once and never returns will not be fixed by new targeting. A fatigued creative does not need a new production, it needs a new hook.
SADUQ was built on that idea: look at the whole business and fix the weakest link first — even when that link is not our main job. That is why we work on ads, the store, the offer and retention together rather than in isolation.
So far we have worked with 40+ brands across Egypt and the Arab world — market leaders among them — managed over $2M in ad spend, and built complete stores from scratch in Egypt, Kuwait and Oman.

Every decision traces back to a number you can audit yourself. If there is no number, it is an opinion and we will call it one.
If the work will not help, or the business is not ready yet, we say so upfront. That is easier than spending your money for three months and finding out later.
