Privacy Policy
This page explains what data the SADUQ website (saduq.agency) collects, what we use it for, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are
SADUQ is a performance marketing, CRO and Shopify store-building agency working across Egypt and the Arab world. “We” on this page means SADUQ.
Data we collect
When you fill in one of our tools (such as the CRO Sheet test): your name, phone number, email, role (brand owner, media buyer…), industry, your test answers and your score.
Source data: if you arrive from an ad or a post, we record the UTM parameters in the link and the referring page, so we know which content reaches people.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or email: the messages you send and anything you choose to share, such as your store link.
Usage data: the Meta Pixel records your visits to pages on this site and some actions, such as starting a test or tapping a WhatsApp button. This is sent to Meta without your name, phone number or email.
How we use it
To email you the sheet or tool you asked for.
To contact you about your request, or about the free audit if you asked for one.
To understand which content and ads bring interested people, and to improve our tools.
To show SADUQ ads to people who visited the site, through Meta.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything not listed here.
Who sees it
Only the SADUQ team, and the services we use to run the site:
Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): form data is stored there and your email is sent from there.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): through the pixel, to measure visits and show ads.
WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there.
Vercel: the company hosting the site, which logs standard technical data such as IP address to run and protect it.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Advertising platforms and API integrations
SADUQ manages advertising for its clients on TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat and Google. To do this, a client may connect their ad account to SADUQ's tools through the platform's official login (OAuth) and its API.
What we access: only the permissions the client approves on the platform's own consent screen, such as ad account details (name, ID, currency), campaigns, ad groups and ads, performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), and creating or editing campaigns on their behalf when they ask us to.
How we use it: to analyse the client's ad performance, report to them, and manage and optimise their campaigns. Nothing else.
What we don't do: we don't sell this data, we don't share it with third parties, we don't use one client's data for another client, and we don't access personal data about people who see the ads beyond the aggregated metrics the platform provides.
Storage and security: access tokens and account data are stored encrypted and are only accessible to the SADUQ team responsible for that account.
Disconnecting and deletion: a client can revoke SADUQ's access at any time from the platform's own settings (for example TikTok for Business or Meta Business Settings). If they ask us to delete their data, we delete the tokens and all data collected from their account within 30 days.
Our use of data received from any platform follows that platform's developer terms and data policies, including TikTok for Developers and the Meta Platform Terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The Meta Pixel uses cookies to measure visits and show ads. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, or control the ads you see from the ad settings in your Facebook account.
Our tools (such as the CRO Sheet test) save your answers in your own browser (localStorage) so you can close the page and continue later. This stays on your device, and the “start over” button clears it.
How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as we need it to contact you or to work with you. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you.
Message us on the email or WhatsApp below and we'll reply and act on your request.
Children
The site and its tools are made for business owners and marketing professionals and are not aimed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything on this page, we'll update the “last updated” date above.
